Miss You is one of those songs that really seems to stir up so much antipathy, but I’ve always had a soft spot in my heart for it. Partly because I have a knee-jerk reaction against the antipathy towards disco. But mostly because when I was a kid, my mom always used to sing along to the car radio whether she knew the words or not, and it’s the one song she could never really “screw up” thanks to the lyric-free vocal passage. The Naylor cover is just fantastic, and it’s nice to hear it again, thank you!
